Dr. Jennifer Beatty-Kwan is a board-certified family medicine physician with both a Doctor of Medicine (MD) and a PhD in Immunology and Gastroenterology, a distinction held by only a small percentage of physicians in the United States.

She has published multiple peer-reviewed research studies and brings a strong academic and clinical background to her role at Desert Senita.

Dr. Beatty-Kwan was inspired at an early age by her own family physician, who cared for patients across every stage of life. This early exposure led her to pursue a career in family medicine, where she could build long-term relationships with her patients and care for individuals and families in a holistic, lifelong way.

She believes in focusing on prevention and lifestyle-based interventions whenever possible. Her goal is to start with simple, meaningful changes that can reduce the need for more intensive treatments such as medications, surgeries, or injections.

Dr. Beatty-Kwan has a special interest in dermatology, women’s health including peri-menopause and contraception, and family planning.

Outside of medicine, she enjoys spending time with her family and staying engaged in the local community.

Dr. Beatty-Kwan sees patients at our Coolidge clinic and is currently accepting new patients.
