Family Nurse Practitioner

(Dr. )Fatima Lah is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 19 years of experience in healthcare. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Master of Science in Nursing, and Doctor of Nursing Practice from Chamberlain University in Illinois.

Her passion for medicine stems from a lifelong desire to care for others and make a meaningful impact in her patients’ lives. She believes in building strong relationships with patients and supporting them through every stage of their health journey.

(Dr.) Lah has broad clinical experience across family medicine, pediatrics, and psychiatry. She has a special interest in managing chronic conditions, including Hepatitis C, wound care, and co-occurring disorders.

Outside of the clinic, (Dr.) Lah enjoys cooking, especially Nigerian cuisine, and spending time exploring history and culture through travel and reading.
