Our Outreach Department strengthens the connection between Desert Senita and the communities we serve. As a Federally Qualified Health Center, our goal is to make healthcare easier to understand and easier to access for every individual and family.

We do this by partnering with schools, local events, and community organizations to share information, offer preventive health education, and help people understand the services available to them. Our outreach team also assists with AHCCCS enrollment, the Patient Discount Program also known as the Sliding Fee Discount Program, and other resources that remove barriers to care.

We focus on awareness, coordination, and building trust so people know how to get the care they need when they need it. At Desert Senita, we believe every healthy person strengthens the community. Outreach is how we help make that a reality by connecting families to care and showing them they always have a place in the Cactus Family.
